This high specification home was designed in the same style as the other houses in the street. Built on a corner garden plot, it fitted in as if it had always been there. The service provided here was a full turn key service with all landscaping and interior finishings provided by Landmark. Another project finished to a very high standard.

Barn conversion and extension in Flawith, North Yorkshire

This Charming conversion & extension was a huge success. Making great use of an unused barn. The barn was extended and joined to the house with a glass fronted walkway. Lots of bespoke materials were used to create an excellent fusion of the old buildings charm with a contemporary feel. As always Landmark’s high standards and quality of workmanship are evident throughout.

Porch and extension in Acaster Malbis, York

This project was a superb addition to the property, providing necessary additional space. All materials used were specifically chosen to blend with the existing structure. This added a study, a garage, a bedroom with en-suite, a sun room to the rear and a porch area. Landmark’s attention to detail was key in providing a blended extension.

Kitchen Extension in Cawood, North Yorkshire

Here we demolished a useless cold & draughty extension, then built this charming extension. We then removed a large section of the existing outside wall to create a large kitchen area. Fitting this newly formed space with a country style kitchen with oak worktops, creating a very delightful and useful living kitchen area. Leaving a very happy customer to enjoy the results of our services.

Holiday Cottage in Tollerton, North Yorkshire

This cottage was constructed with the aim of creating a new property but with many features taken from surrounding barns and cottages. The completed cottage is extremely charming and the level of attention to detail really is striking.

School House Project in Tollerton, North Yorkshire

This project consisted of the extension and renovation of the old school house. We also built a double garage to serve the other properties on the site. All were constructed using lime mortar and reclaimed bricks to blend with the surroundings.

Sun Room Extension in York

This sun room extension was an excellent addition to this home, creating a delightfull space flooded with natural light. This project was completed in just 4 weeks.
